South Carolina.

Georgia.

The draught of an instruction upon the petition of the trustees for establishing the colony of Georgia in America, ordered to be prepared at the last meeting, being agreed, a report of the same to the Lords of the Committee, was agreed and signed.

Rhode Island.

Bills of credit.

The representation upon the Act, passed in Rhode Island, for emitting bills of credit, agreed the 30th of last month, was signed.

Jamaica.

Duties on negroes.

The Secretary acquainting the Board that a Committee of Council was appointed for to-morrow evening to consider the Act, passed at Jamaica, for laying duties on negroes, upon which subject a report from the Board to the Committee was returned the 16th of the last month, the Board agreed and signed another report to the Committee upon the petition of the merchants of Bristol against the said Act, mentioned in the Minutes of the 18th of July last.

Mr. Ogle, Lieutenant Governor.

Order in Council, of the 28th of October, 1731, approving the draughts of instructions of trade for Samuel Ogle, Esquire, Governor of Maryland.

Lord Baltimore's petition approved.

Order in Council, of the 21st of July, 1732, approving the petition of the Lord Baltimore, who is going to take upon him the government of Maryland, praying that Samuel Ogle, Esquire, may be continued Lieutenant Governor, when his Lordship leaves the said province.

New Jersey.

Act, registering deeds, repealed.

Order in Council, dated the 25th of November, 1731, repealing an Act, passed in New Jersey, concerning the acknowledging and registering deeds and conveyances of land, and declaring how the estate or right of a feme covert may be conveyed or extinguished.

Act, shortening of law suits, repealed.

Order in Council, dated the 25th of November, 1731, repealing an Act, passed in New Jersey, for shortening of law suits, and regulating the practice and practitioners of the law and other officers.

Act, meeting of the General Assembly, repealed.

Order in Council, dated the 25th of November, 1731, repealing an Act, passed in New Jersey, for the frequent meeting and calling of the General Assembly of this province, etc.

New seal approved.

Order in Council, dated the 29th of November, 1731, approving a new seal for New Jersey, a former one being lost, and directing the Board to prepare the draught of a warrant for transmitting the said seal to the Governor of New Jersey.

Order in Council, dated the 13th of April, 1732, repealing an Act of New Jersey, imposing a duty of persons convicted of heinous crime, and to prevent poor and impotent persons being imported, etc.

Order in Council, dated the 25th November, 1731, repealing an Act, passed in Jamaica, for the better regulating slaves, and rendering free negroes and mulattoes more useful, etc.

Not to pass any Act laying duties on negroes.

Order in Council, dated the 9th of December, 1731, approving the draught of instructions to General Hunter, Governor of Jamaica, forbidding him to give his assent to any bill for the future, whereby a duty is laid on negroes imported and exported, and likewise approving the draught of instructions to all His Majesty's other Governors in America upon this subject.
