531. London Borough Libraries

The archives departments of several boroughs hold large, and sometimes uncatalogued, collections of deeds, etc. for the Greater London area. It was possible to identify the following relevant material.

a. Barnet Public Libraries, Local History Library: Box 9131 incl. 17C schedule of 16C–17C deeds (15, 43, 46, 64, 78, 92, 104, 152).

b. Lambeth Archives Department, Minet Library. Surrey Deeds (calendared, but imperfectly indexed), 6236, 12933: 17C deeds (62, Seething Lane).

c. Lewisham Archives and Local History Department: A81/66, 7/2 Box B incl. 17C lease (Thames Street).
