Item, 1a vice lecta est Billa, for the Assurance of certain Lands to Sir Frauncis Jobson; upon which Bill the Lords took Order, That the Learned Counsel, as well of the said Sir Francis Jobson, as of the Bishop of Durham, whom it touched, should, on Saturday the next following, be heard, what could on either Side be said in Furtherance or Disallowing of the same.
