Consecrating Archbishops and Bishops.

HODIE 3a vice lecta est Billa, for the declaring of the Manner of making and consecrating of the Archbishops and Bishops of this Realm to be good, lawful, and perfect, que, cum quadam Provisione annexa in loco alterius Provisionis dempte, abscindi et disannecti communi omnium (fn. 1) Assensu conclusa est, dissentientibus Comitibus Northumberland, Westm'land, Wigorn. Sussex, Vice-comite Mountague, Dominis Morley, Duddley, Darcie, Mountegle, Crumwell, et Mordaunt; et postea, cum Billa for the annexing of Hexhamshire unto the County of Northumb'land, and the Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction of the same unto the See of the Bishoprick of Duresme, deliberata fuit Magistro Vaughan, et Doctori Yale, in Domum Communem deferenda.

Adjourn.

Dominus Capitalis Justiciarius continuavit presens hoc Parliamentum usque in diem Jovis proximum.
