The House was adjourned into a Committee during Pleasure, to consider of the Ordinance for putting the Militia of the Kingdom into a Posture.
The House being resumed;
The said Ordinance was read the Third Time.
And the Question being put, "Whether to agree to this Ordinance as it is now read?"
It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

Ordered, That the Complaint of the Persons made by Mr. North shall be heard, at this Bar, on Thursday; and that Thomas Williams, who carried away a Tree contrary to the Order of this House, shall be attached, and brought to answer his Contempt.
