Ordinance for settling the Militia.

The House was adjourned into a Committee during Pleasure, to consider of the Ordinance for putting the Militia of the Kingdom into a Posture.

The House being resumed;

The said Ordinance was read the Third Time.

And the Question being put, "Whether to agree to this Ordinance as it is now read?"

It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

North versus Williams & al. about Timber at Mims.

Ordered, That the Complaint of the Persons made by Mr. North shall be heard, at this Bar, on Thursday; and that Thomas Williams, who carried away a Tree contrary to the Order of this House, shall be attached, and brought to answer his Contempt.

Wheatley to be instituted to Whatford;

Ordered, That Dr. Heath give Institution and Induction unto Jo. Wheatley Clerk, Master of Arts, to the Vicarage of Watford, in Com. North'ton, void by Death; salvo Jure cujuscunque: Granted by the Great Seal.

Harrison to St. Clement's, Sandwich;

Ordered, That Dr. Aylett give Institution and Induction unto Benjam. Harrison Clerk, Batchelor of Arts, to the Vicarage of St. Clement's, in Sandwich, in Com. Kent; salvo Jure cujuscunque: Granted by the Great Seal.

and Wood to Framlington.

Ordered, That Dr. Aylett give Institution and Induction unto Richard Wood Clerk, Master of Arts, to the Vicarage of Framlington, in Com. Devon, void by Death; salvo Jure cujuscunque: William Wood Gent. Patron.
