The Lord Chancellor signified to the House, "That he acquainted the King with the Proclamation Yesterday; and His Majesty hath given Order for the issuing of it forth; and likewise His Majesty hath given Order for the Judges to attend this House as Assistants."

ORDERED, That the Committee for Privileges do meet this Afternoon, concerning this House choosing their own Speaker.
