The Lord Chief Justice of the Common Pleas sat Speaker this Day.

Bill to repeal the Act for Triennial Parliaments.

Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, "An Act for the assembling and holding of Parliaments Once in Three Years at least; and for the Repeal of an Act for preventing of Inconveniencies happening by the long Intermission of Parliaments."

ORDERED, That the Consideration of this Bill is committed to a Committee of the whole House; and to that Purpose the House was presently put into a Committee of the whole House during Pleasure.

The House being resumed;

The Lord Privy Seal reported, "That the Committee of the whole House have considered of the said Bill throughout, and think it fit to pass as it is, without any Alteration."

ORDERED, That this Bill be read the Third Time To-morrow Morning, the First Business.

Roberts versus Wynn & al.

It is this Day ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Cause between Robert Robertes Esquire, Son and Heir Apparent of John Lord Robertes, and Sarah his Wife, sole Daughter and Heir of John Bodvell Esquire, deceased, and Charles Bodvell Robertes an Infant, Second Son of the said Robert and Sarah, Plaintiffs, and Thomas Wynn, Timothy Pollard, Thomas Pugh, Edward Griffith, and others, Defendants, is this Day put off for any Hearing at this Bar from Thursday the 31th of this Instant March to the First Day of the Sitting of this House next after Easter; whereof the Parties concerned are to take Notice, and attend accordingly.

Adjourn.
