Message from H. C. with Bills.

A Message was brought from the House of Commons, by the Lord St. John and others; who brought up these Bills following:

1. To return a Bill sent down to the House of Commons, concerning the Lord Abergaveny; to which they have agreed.

2. To return the Bill for naturalizing the Countess of Shrewsbury and Mr. Brudnell; wherein the House of Commons do agree with their Lordships.

3. "An Act declaring the sole Right of the Militia to be in the King; and for the present ordering and disposing the same;" wherein they desire their Lordships Concurrence.

4. "An Act for confirming and continuing an Act for the necessary Maintenance of the Work of draining the Great Level of the Fens;" wherein their Lordships Concurrence is desired.

Bill to confirm the one for draining the Great Level.

Militia Bill.

Hodie 1a vice lecta est Billa, "An Act declaring the sole Right of the Militia to be in the King; and for the present ordering and disposing the same."

Gipps' Bill.

Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, "An Act, enabling Trustees to sell certain Lands and Tenements, in the Counties of Suffolke and Norff. for the Payment of the Debts of Richard Gipps Esquire, and providing Portions for his Younger Children."
