Bankrupts Bill.

The Question being put, "Whether this Bill shall pass ?"
It was Resolved in the Affirmative.
Bill for Uniformity of Worship.
Then this House proceeded in the Reading of the Alterations and Additions in the Book of Common Prayers; and ORDERED, To proceed further in the Reading of it To-morrow Morning.

A Message was brought from the House of Commons, by Sir Courtney Poole and others; who brought up a Bill, intituled, "An Act for establishing an additional Revenue upon His Majesty, His Heirs and Successors, for the better Support of His and Their Crown and Dignity."
Bill for restoring Advowsons, &c. taken away upon Compositions.
Also to put their Lordships in Mind of the Bill concerning Impropriations; which the House of Commons look upon as a Bill of a very public Nature.
ORDERED, That this Bill shall be taken into Consideration next after the Bill for Uniformity is dispatched.

A Message was brought from the House of Commons, by Sir William Compton and others; who brought up a Bill, intituled, "An Act for ordering the Forces in the several Counties of this Kingdom;" wherein they desire their Lordships Concurrence."

A Message was brought from the House of Commons, by Sir John Gore and others; who brought up a Bill, intituled, "An Act for the Naturalizing of Anna Ferrers, and several other Persons named therein;" wherein their Lordships Concurrence is desired.
A Message was brought from the House of Commons, by Sir Robert Brooke and others; who brought up Two Bills, and desire their Lordships Concurrence therein:
1. "An Act for confirming of an Act, for restoring to Thomas Lord Culpeper, Son and Heir and sole Executor of John Lord Culpeper, Baron of Thorsway, and Master of The Rolls, deceased, all his Honours, Manors, Lands, and Tenements, and Leases not determined, and Hereditaments whatsoever, whereof the said John Lord Culpeper was in Possession on the Twentieth Day of May, 1642, or at any Time after, which have not been since sold or aliened by the said John late Lord Culpeper, by Act or Assurances to which himself was Party and consenting."
2. "An Act for the enabling Sir Thomas Lee Baronet to exchange some Lands, settled upon the Marriage of Dame Anne Lee his now Wife, in Consideration of another Settlement of Lands of equal Value in Lieu thereof."
Admiralty Jurisdiction Bill.
ORDERED, That the Committee for the Bill concerning the Court of Admiralty do meet To-morrow in the Afternoon.
Read versus Regem, in Error.
The Lord Chief Justice of the King's Bench brought in a Transcript of a Writ of Error, after the usual Form, between His Majesty and Reade.

A Message was brought from the House of Commons, by John Ashburnham Esquire and others; who brought up a Bill, intituled, "An Act directing the Prosecution of such as are accountable for Prize Goods;" wherein their Lordships Concurrence is desired.
Also to put their Lordships in Mind of the Bill for the Poor.
ORDERED, That the Lord Townsend is added to the Committee for the Bill for regulating the making of Norwich Stuffs.
Read versus Regem, in Error.
ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That Phillip Reade, Plaintiff in a Writ of Error now depending in this House, wherein the King's Majesty is Defendant, shall assign his Errors peremptorily on Thursday next, the Twentieth of this Instant March, or otherwise the said Plaintiff shall lose his Writ; and that the Defendant shall go without Day, and the Record shall be remitted, that Execution may be taken out according to Course, the said Writ of Error notwithstanding.
Bill for Importation of Madder.
ORDERED, That the Committee concerning the Bill for Madder shall meet To-morrow Morning.
