Tenants of Cletherow Bill.

The Earl of Derby reported, "That the Committee have considered of the Bill concerning the Tenants of the Manor of Cletheroe; and they have heard Mr. Attorney General, and the Counsel of the Duke of Albemarle. And the Committee have thought fit to make some Alterations therein, which are offered to their Lordships Consideration."

ORDERED, That this Bill is re-committed; and not to be reported again until Mr. Attorney General hath spoken with the King, to know His Pleasure concerning this Business.

ORDERED, That the Earl of Dorsett is added to the Committee for the Bill concerning the Poor.

Mylward's Bill.

Hodie 3a vice lecta est Billa, "An Act to enable William Mylward to sell some Lands, for the Payment of Debts."

The Question being put, "Whether this Bill, with the Alterations and Amendments, shall pass ?"

Hodie 3a vice lecta est Billa, "An Act for settling certain Manors and Lands, late Sir James Enyons Baronet, on Sir Henry Puckering, alias Newton, and Sir Charles Adderly, his surviving Trustees, to sell Lands, for Payment of his Debts."

The Question being put, "Whether this Bill, with the Alterations now read, shall pass ?"

It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

Dallyson's Bill.

The Earl of Bollingbrooke reported, "That the Committee have considered of the Bill for selling Sir Rob't Dallison's Estate; and all Parties concerned have been heard, and consent to it; and the Committee thinks it fit to pass, without any Amendments."

Hodie 3a vice lecta est Billa, "An Act vesting certain Lands in Bleasby in Sir John Mounson the Younger, Rob't Thorold Esquire, and Anthony Eyre the Elder Esquire, and their Heirs, to sell Lands, for Payment of the Debts of Sir Rob't Dallyson and William Dallyson."

Tindall's Bill.

The Earl of Portland reported from the Committee, the Bill concerning the Duke of Albemarle, as fit to pass, with some Alterations.

Nevill's Bill

Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, "An Act to enable the Trustees of Henry Nevill Esquire to sell certain Manors, Lands, and Tenements, in the Counties of Yorke and Leycester, for Payment of his Son William Nevill's Debts; and likewise to confirm and strengthen the Sale of such Lands as they have already sold in the County of Yorke."

ORDERED, That the Consideration of this Bill is committed to the same Committee as the Duke of Somersett's Bill is.

Port of Wells Bill.

Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, "An Act for repairing and better preserving the Key of the Port of Wells, in the County of Norff."

ORDERED, That the Consideration of this Bill is committed to the same Committee as the Bill for mending the Streets and Highways is.

Rivers' Bill.

Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, "An Act to enable Mrs. Clemence Ryvers and Mrs. Rose Ryvers to sell certain Lands and Houses, for Payment of the Debts of Edward Ryvers Esquire, deceased, and Provision for his Younger Children."

ORDERED, That the Consideration of this Bill is committed to the same Committee as the Duke of Somersett's Bill is.

ORDERED, That all Committees now sine Die shall meet on Thursday next, in the Afternoon, at Three of the Clock.

ORDERED, That the Earl of Derby is added to the Committee for the Earl of Winchilsea's Bill.

Yates versus Hoskins, in Error.

ORDERED, That the Errors between Yates Plaintiff and Hoskins Defendant shall be argued, at this Bar, by Counsel on both Sides, on Tuesday the 8th Day of April next ensuing, at Nine of the Clock in the Morning, whereof the Plaintiff or his Attorney is to have timely Notice by the said Defendant; and then both Parties are to come prepared with their Counsel, and attend the said Argument accordingly.

Committees adjourned.
