A Petition of the Earl of Suffolke was delivered; he desiring to be heard, touching his Right and Title to the Manors and Lands mentioned in the aforesaid Bill.

ORDERED, That the Consideration of the said Bill, together with the said Petition, is referred to the same Committee as the Bill concerning the Northern Borders is.

Rivers of Wye, Lugg, &c. Bill.

Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, "An Act for the making navigable the Rivers of Wye and Lugg, and the Rivers and Brooks in the Counties of Hereford, Gloucester, and Monmouth."

ORDERED, That the Consideration of this Bill is committed to the same Committee as the Bill for the Northern Borders is.

ORDERED, That the Duke of Bucks, the Marquis of Winton, the Earl of Bathon, and the Lord Arundell, are added to the Committee for distributing the Threescore Thousand Pounds amongst the loyal Commissioned Officers.

Bill for bringing Persons to Accompt.

ORDERED, That the Committee for the Bill concerning Public Accompts shall meet on Monday Morning next, at Eight of the Clock.

The Lord Ashley reported, "That the Committee have considered of the Bill for Relief of Collectors of Public Monies; and have made certain Alterations therein, which are offered to the Consideration of the House."

And the said Alterations, being read Twice, were Agreed to.

Hodie 3a vice lecta est Billa, "An Act for Relief of Collectors of Public Monies, and their Assistants and Deputies."

The Question being put, "Whether this Bill with the Amendments shall pass?"

It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

Poor Bill.

The Earl of Bridgwater reported from the Committee, the Bill concerning the Relief of the Poor, with certain Amendments and Alterations; which, being read Twice, were Agreed to; and the Bill ordered to be read the Third Time on Monday Morning next.

ORDERED, That the Lord Willoughby and the Bishop of Oxon are added to the Committee for the Bill concerning Mr. Barnsley.

Bill for restoring Advowsons, &c. taken away upon Compositions.

It is this Day ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Lords the Judges, or One of them, to whom the Bill for restoring of Impropriations hath been by Order referred, are to make their Report to this House on Wednesday next; and that the Lord Chief Justice of the King's Bench do in the Interim appoint a Time and Place for the Judges to meet, and consider of the said Bill, in order to the making the said Report.

ORDERED, That the Earl of Stamford and the Lord Eure are added to the Committee for the Bill touching Mr. * Barnsley.
