Message from H. C. with Bills; and to return Micklethwait's Bill.
A Message was brought from the House of Commons, by Mr. Crouch and others; who brought up Two Bills, passed the House of Commons, to which their Lordships Concurrence is desired:
1. "An Act for Relief of poor Prisoners."
2. "An Act for uniting Churches in Cities and Towns Corporate."
Also to return a Bill formerly sent down, for confirming an Act, intituled, "An Act to enable Joseph Micklethwaite an Infant, and his Trustees, to sell Land, for Payment of his Father's Debts;" to which the Commons have agreed, without any Alterations.
Bp. of Winton's Bill.
A Message was brought from the House of Commons, by Mr. William Sandys and others; who returned a Bill formerly sent down, concerning enabling the Bishop of Winton to convey One Hundred Acres of Land, lying in the Great Disparked Park of Bishops Waltham, upon the Rector of the said Parish Church of Bishops Waltham, in which they have made some Alterations; and desire their Lordships Concurrence therein.
Sutton Marsh Bill.
Hodie 1a vice lecta est Billa, "An Act to secure the Improvement of Sutton Marsh."
Wife's Heirs and Oldsworth to be heard about it.
ORDERED, That the Heirs of William Wise Esquire deceased, and Mrs. Oldsworth, are hereby appointed to prepare their Counsel, to attend the Committee for the Bill concerning Sutton Marsh, in the County of Lyncolne, against such Time as the said Committee shall first meet upon the Consideration thereof.
Bill to repeal Part of an Act concerning Prize Goods.

ORDERED, That the Consideration of this Bill is committed to these Lords following:
Their Lordships, or any Five; to meet at Three of the Clock this Afternoon, in the Prince's Lodgings; and to adjourn as they shall think fit.
The Question being put, "Whether an Act for Satisfaction of a just Debt due by Henry Nevill Esquire to Colonel Richard Kirby shall be read the Second Time?"
It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

ORDERED, That the Lord Bruce and the Lord Gerard of Brandon are added to the Committee for the Bill concerning the Chancellor of the Dutchy.
Courts of Equity Bill rejected.

It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

Upon reading a Bill for restoring Sir Charles Stanley in Blood the First Time:
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That it is referred to the Committee of Privileges, to consider of a Declaration to be entered into the Journal Book, why this House entertained this Bill beginning first at the House of Com- mons, with a Salvo to prevent the like for the future; and that, at the next Session of Parliament, Consideration may be had of the Priveleges of this House, and how they may be preserved from being infringed for the future: And Report hereof to be made to this House.
