Hallet versus Kendall.

After hearing Counsel this Day at the Bar, upon the Petition of Mary Hallet Widow, and the Plea of Thomas Kendall and Mary his Wife, put in thereunto:

The Question being put, "Whether this House will examine any Witnesses upon the said Petition?"

It was Resolved, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, in the Negative.
