ORDERED, That the Bill concerning Hearth-money shall be read the Second Time To-morrow Morning, the First Business.
Bristol, &c. Rivers to London Bill.
Hodie 1a vice lecta est Billa, "An Act for making an Inland Passage for Barges and other Vessels, from Bristol and elsewhere, to London; and other Rivers and Water Courses to be brought to fall into the same, and otherwise to London."
Ashdowne Forest Bill.
Hodie 3a vice lecta est Billa, "An Act for the Improvement of Ashdowne Forrest, and the Park called The Broyle Parke, in the County of Sussex."
The Question being put, "Whether this Bill shall pass?"

ORDERED, That on Thursday Morning next the House shall be adjourned into a Committee, to consider further the Bill against Atheism and Profaneness; and no Business to intervene.
Morden versus Hawles.
ORDERED, That the Cause between Norden and Hawles shall be heard, on Friday Morning next, by Counsel, at this Bar.
Mildmay and Cheeke.
ORDERED, That Counsel shall be heard To-morrow Morning, concerning the Title to the Barony of Fitzwalter.

Pennington versus Sir J. Weld's Bill.
ORDERED, That the humble Petition of Thomas Pennington, of Todington, in the County of Bedford, Gentleman, received this Day into the House, be, and is hereby, referred to the Lords Committees to whom the Bill, intituled, "An Act for Security and Satisfaction of a Debt due to Sir John Weld from the late Earl of Cleveland," stands committed; whose Lordships are to take the Contents thereof into their Consideration before the said Bill be reported to the House.
