Thorsby's Bill.

Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, "An Act to enable "Trustees to sell Mr. Thomas Thorsbye's Lands."

ORDERED, That this Bill is committed to the same Committee as the Bill to enable Trustees to sell Lands for Payment of the Debts of Robert Childe deceased is.

Supply Bill, for disbanding Forces.

The House was put into a Committee, to consider of the Bill for enabling His Majesty to pay and disband the Forces which have been raised since the 29th of September last.

The House being resumed;

The Earl of Bridgwater reported the Amendments made by the Committee to the said Bill; which were Twice read: And, upon some Debate of the First Amendment, (videlicet,) in the 12th Press and 29th Line, instead of ["last Day of June"], read ["27th of July"];

The Question being put, "Whether to agree with the Committee, to change the last of June to the 27th of July?"

It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

To this Vote, Leave being asked, Liberty was given to the Dissenting Lords, to enter their Dissents.

In the other Amendments, the House agreed with the Report made from the Committee.

Then the Question being put, "Whether the Bill, with the Amendments, shall pass?"

It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

A Message was sent to the House of Commons, by Sir Tymothy Baldwin and Sir Andrew Hacket:

To return the Bill for enabling His Majesty to pay and disband the Forces which have been raised since the 29th of September last; to which the Lords have agreed, with some Amendments, to which the Concurrence of the House of Commons is desired.
