Eyre versus Eyre.

Upon reading the Petition of Thomas Eyre Esquire, praying a Day of hearing the Cause wherein Rowland Eyre and others are Plaintiffs, and he and others are Defendants:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the said Cause, by Counsel on both Sides, at the Bar, on Saturday the 25th of this Instant May, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.

Upon reading the Petition of Rowland Eyre and others; shewing, "That William Eyre, One of the Persons concerned in an Appeal depending in this House, is now in Derbyshire; and praying, That one Francis Gell, a Merchant, may enter into Recognizance to Their Majesties, in One Hundred Pounds, to pay such Costs as this Court shall think sit in case the Petition be dismissed, instead of the said William Eyre:"

It is ORDERED, That the said Francis Gell be, and is hereby, admitted to enter into Recognizance to Their Majesties, as aforesaid.

Upon the Second Reading of the Bill, intituled, "An Act for declaring the Rights and Liberties of the Subject, and settling the Succession of the Crown:"

It is ORDERED, That the House shall be put into a Committee, to consider thereof, on Wednesday next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.
