PRAYERS.

Dod & al, versus Burrowes.

The House being this Day moved, "That a short Day may be appointed, for the Counsel of Anne Dod and others to appear at the Bar, to hear from the Speaker what the Lords Commissioners of the Great Seal said in their Business:"

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Counsel for the said Anne Dod and others do attend this House To-morrow, at Nine of the Clock in the Forenoon; at which Time the Speaker shall acquaint them with what the Lords Commissioners have said; whereof the said Anne Dod and others are to cause Notice to be given to the Defendant Burrowes, to the End he may attend with his Counsel, if he please.

Harris versus Osbalston.

Upon reading the Petition of John Harris and Elizabeth Harris; praying, "That a Deed may be delivered to the Clerk of the Parliaments to be kept, without any Copy to the Petitioner, until after the Hearing which was appointed, for and against the Delivery of the said Deed, by Counsel on both Sides:"

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear Counsel, for and against the Delivery of the said Deed, on Saturday next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon; whereof the Petitioners are to cause Notice to be given to the Defendant, to the End he attend with his Counsel.

Foster & al. versus Bernard & al.

ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the Cause wherein Anthony Foster and others are Plaintiffs, and John Bernard and others Defendants, on Monday next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.

Lieutenancy of London.

After hearing several Persons at the Bar, this Day, concerning the Lieutenancy and Militia of the City of London:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Speaker of this House shall report what hath been said by the several Persons at the Bar, this Day, or any other Day, thereupon, Tomorrow, at Eleven of the Clock in the Forenoon.

Lords to be summoned.

ORDERED, That all the Lords in and about the Town be summoned to attend this House To-morrow, at Nine of the Clock in the Forenoon.
