Dr. Warner's Trunk, to be delivered to the Secretary of State.
This House being moved, "That a Trunk of Writings, now in the Custody of the Mayor of Gravesend, belonging to Doctor Warner, Confessor to the late King James the Second, may be disposed of as this House shall direct:"
It is thereupon ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal assembled at Westminster, That the Mayor of Gravesend (in whose Custody the said Trunk is) do deliver the said Trunk to His Majesty's Principal Secretary of State, to be inspected by him; and this shall be a sufficient Warrant in that Behalf.

Message from H. C. with the Bill to prevent Disputes about the sitting of this Parliament.
A Message was brought from the House of Commons, by Mr. Foley and others; who said,
"He was commanded by the Commons, to return a Bill sent down by their Lordships, intituled, An Act for removing and preventing all Questions and Disputes that may arise, concerning the assembling and sitting of this present Parliament; to which the Commons have agreed, with the Amendments and Alterations now brought up."
Which Amendments were read Twice.
And the House was put into a Committee, to read the Amendments and the Bill together, to see how they cohere.
The House being resumed;
Commons Amendment agreed to.
It was reported, "That the Committee agrees to the Amendments."
Which the House confirmed.
The Amendments are ordered to be engrossed against To-morrow Morning.
