Underwood versus Canham.

Upon reading the Petition of Mary Underwood Widow, and her Four Sons Appellants; praying a Day of hearing of their Appeal, to which Daniel Canham is Defendant; and that Daniell Underwood may enter into Recognizance for his Mother, she being in the Country:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the said Cause, by Counsel on both Sides, at the Bar, on Wednesday the 18th Day of this Instant December, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon: And it is further ORDERED, That the said Daniell Underwood may enter into a Recognizance for the Mother Mary Underwood as is desired, whereof the said Daniell Underwood is to cause timely Notice to be given to the said Daniell Canham, to the End he attend with his Counsel accordingly.

Bill to revive the Act for Triennial Parliaments.

The House was adjourned into a Committee during Pleasure, to consider of Heads and Clause for a Bill to have Triennial Parliaments.

And, after some Debate, the House was resumed.
