And the Lord Cornwallis reported, "That the Committee had made some Progress in the Bill, but find some Difficulty in some Clauses; and therefore are of Opinion, it is fit to be considered by a Select Committee."

Bishop to preach the 30th of January.
ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That it be, and is hereby, recommended to the Lords the Bishops, to appoint One of their Bench to preach before this House, on the 30th of this Instant January, in the Abbey Church, at Westm'r.
Sheriffs to bring in a List of Protections from Peers.
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Sheriffs of London and Midd's. or their Officers to whom it doth belong, do bring, or cause to be brought, into this House, on Saturday next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon, a List of all the Protections entered in their Offices, in the Names of any Members of this House and to whom they are given.
Forster versus Munt.
Whereas this Day was appointed for John Bernard, alias Berney, and Humphrey Munt's Children, to put in their Answer to the Petition of Anthony Forster; the House being moved, "That some longer Time may be given them for that Purpose," in Behalf of the Infants:
It is thereupon ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Mr. Bernard and the Children of Mr. Munt have hereby Time given them for answering thereunto, until Tuesday the 28th Instant, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.
