Boswell versus Mascall.
Upon hearing Counsel this Day, at the Bar, upon the Petition and Appeal of John Boswell, from a decretal Order made by the Lords Commissioners of the Great Seal, on the Behalf of John Mascall, the Three and Twentieth Day of February last, and other Orders in that Cause; as also upon the Answer of John Mascall put in thereunto:
After due Consideration had of what was offered by Counsel thereupon, it is ORDERED and Adjudged, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Petition and Appeal of John Boswell shall be, and is hereby, dismissed this House; and that the several Orders therein complained of shall be, and they are hereby, affirmed: And it is further ORDERED, That the said John Boswell shall pay or cause to be paid unto the Respondent John Mascall, the Sum of Forty Pounds, for his Costs, in defending the said Appeal in this House.

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Admirals who commanded the Fleet the last Summer, and Captain Rutter, do attend this House on Monday next, at Eleven of the Clock in the Forenoon.

It is now ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the said Cause, by Counsel, at the Bar, on Wednesday the Seventeenth Day of this Instant January, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.
