PRAYERS.

Marten versus Herbert.

Upon reading the humble Petition and Appeal of Henry Marten Gentleman, from a Decree made in Their Majesties Court of Exchequer, in a Cause there depending, between Thomas Herbert Complainant, and the Petitioner Defendant; and praying, "That the said Thomas Herbert may answer thereunto:"

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Thomas Herbert may have a Copy of the said Appeal; and shall and he is hereby required to put in his Answer thereunto, in Writing, on Saturday the Eighth Day of December next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.
