ORDERED, That the Consideration of the said Bill shall be committed to the Lords following; (videlicet,)
Their Lordships, or any Five of them; to meet on Saturday next, at Nine of the Clock, in the Prince's Lodgings near the House of Peers; and to adjourn as they please.
Sir P. Pindar, Bill to compel Williams to produce the Person of.
The Lord Marquis of Normanby reported from the Committee, the Bill, intituled, "An Act to compel Edward Williams and William Williams Esquires to bring forth the Person of Sir Paul Pindar Baronet," as fit to pass, with some Amendments.
ORDERED, That the said Bill shall be engrossed, with the Amendments agreed to, and others made by this House.
Queen's Funeral, Committee to consider of the Procession.
ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Committee appointed to consider of the several Circumstances relating to the Procession of this House, at Her Majesty's Funeral, shall be revived; to meet To-morrow, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.
Trials for Treason, Bill.
The House was adjourned during Pleasure, and put into a Committee, upon the Bill, intituled, "An Act for regulating of Trials, in Cases of High Treason and Misprision of Treason."
And, after some Time spent therein, the House was resumed.
And the Lord Cornwallis reported, "That the Committee had made a further Progress in the Bill; and desire another Day may be appointed, to proceed."
ORDERED, That on Monday next, at Twelve of the Clock, this House shall be put into a Committee, to proceed on the Bill, intituled, "An Act for regulating Trials, in Cases of High Treason and Misprision of Treason."
