Sir Cæsat Wood, alias Cranmer, versus Webb.

After hearing Counsel this Day, at the Bar, upon the Petition and Appeal of Sir Cesar Wood, alias Cranmer, Knight, from a Decree of the Court of Chancery, made the Seventeenth Day of December One Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-five, in a Cause wherein Thomas Webb was Complainant, against the said Sir Cesar Wood, alias Cranmer, Defendant; as also upon the Answer of the said Thomas Webb put in thereunto:

After due Consideration of what was offered thereupon, it is ORDERED and Adjudged, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Petition and Appeal of Sir Cesar Wood, alias Cranmer, shall be, and is hereby, dismissed this House; and that the Decree made in the Court of Chancery, the Seventeenth Day of December, One Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-five, on Behalf of the said Thomas Webb, shall be, and is hereby, affirmed.
