D'Offarrell, Nat. Bill:

Hodie 3a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for naturalizing Johanna D'Offarrell an Infant, and her Sister and Two Brothers."

The Question was put, "Whether this Bill shall pass?"

It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

Message to H. C. with it.

A Message was sent to the House of Commons, by Sir Miles Cooke and Sir Lacon Wm. Child:

To carry down the said Bill, and desire their Concurrence thereunto.

Small Tithes, for Recovery of, Bill.

The House was adjourned during Pleasure, and put into a Committee, upon the Bill, intituled, "An Act for the more easy Recovery of Small Tithes."

And, after some Time spent therein, the House was resumed.

And the Lord Bishop of Salisbury reported, "That the Committee had gone through the said Bill, with the Addition of Two Provisos."

Which were read Twice, and agreed to.

Then a Debate arose, "Whether the said Bill shall be re-committed?"

It is ORDERED, That the Debate thereof shall be resumed on Tuesday next, at Eleven of the Clock.

Message from H. C. to return Lord Stawell's Bill.

A Message was brought from the House of Commons, by Mr. Wharton and others:

To return the Bill, intituled, "An Act for Payment of the Debts of John Lord Stawell, lately deceased;" to which they have agreed, with some Amendments, whereunto they desire the Concurrence of this House.

Adjourn.
