Naval Stores imported by the Russia Company.

Pursuant to an Act of Parliament, there was laid before the House, from the Muscovia Company,

"An Account of Naval Stores imported by them, between 17° September 1700, and 4th February following."

Countess of Anglesey's Bill for a Separation.

Counsel being called in, for the Countess of Anglesey; as also Counsel for the Earl of Anglesey:

The Counsel for the Countess desired to examine Sir Edmund King, as a Witness for the Countess.

He was called in, sworn, and examined, and his Testimony taken in Short-hand.

Then the Evidence given the Thirteenth Instant, on Behalf of the Countess of Anglesey, by Mrs. Elizabeth Canon, Thomas Jones, Mrs. Elizabeth Berkeley, Mrs. Mary Decaroone, Mary Vaughan, Mary Chapman, John Sheppard, Mrs. Elizabeth Cotton, and Mrs. Sarah Man, were severally read to, and signed by, them.

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Earl of Anglesey may have a Copy of the said Depositions; and that this House will proceed to hear Counsel and Witnesses for the Earl of Anglesey on Tuesday next, at Eleven of the Clock in the Forenoon; as also that Sir Edmund King's Evidence, taken this Day, be transcribed from the Short-hand Writer against To-morrow, at Eleven a Clock; and that he then attend, to have it read to him.

Adjourn.
