L. Hastings versus E. of Huntingdon.

This Day the Earl of Huntingdon delivered his Answer to the Petition of the Lord Hastings his Son.

Which being read; it is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear One Counsel on either Side, upon the said Petition and Answer, on Monday the Eighteenth Day of this Instant January, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.

Attainder of Persons in the late Conspiracy, Bill.

Hodie 1a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act to attaint such of the Persons concerned in the late horrid Conspiracy to assassinate His Majesty's Royal Person, who are fled from Justice, unless they render themselves to Justice; and for continuing several other of the said Conspirators in Custody."

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Bill shall be read the Second Time To-morrow, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon; and that His Majesty's Attorney General have Notice thereof, in order to produce Evidence against James Counter, John Bernardi, Robert Cassells, Robert Meldrum, James Chambers, and the other Persons named in the said Bill.

Hodie 1a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for the further regulating Elections of Members to serve in Parliament.
