Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for discharging a Mortgage upon the Estate of Peter Trevisa Esquire, deceased; and providing a Maintenance for his Widow and Children."
ORDERED, That the Consideration of the said Bill be committed to the Lords following; (videlicet,)

Upon reading the Petition of the Sovereign, Recorder, Free Burgesses, and Protestant Inhabitants, of the Corporation Town of New Ross, in the County of Wexford, and Kingdom of Ireland, whose Names are thereunto subscribed, in Behalf of themselves and the other Protestant Inhabitants thereof; praying Leave to bring in a Clause, to be added to a Bill, to allow them Liberty of Transportation of Wool, &c. for England, as formerly:
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Consideration of the said Petition shall be, and is hereby, referred to the same Committee as the Bill, intituled, "An Act for the recovering, securing, and keeping in Repair, the Harbour of Minhead, for the Benefit and Support of the Navigation and Trade of this Kingdom," stands referred; which Committee is to meet To-morrow, at Ten a Clock in the Forenoon, in the Prince's Lodgings near the House of Peers.

D.sbrowe versus Kerin.
After hearing Counsel, upon the Petition and Appeal of Nathaniel Desbrowe Esquire, from a Decree of Dismission made in the Court of Chancery in Ireland, the One and Twentieth Day of June One Thousand Seven Hundred, in a Cause wherein the Appellant was Plaintiff, and Honora Kerin, John Kerin, Samuel Freeman and Elizabeth his Wife, were Defendants; as also upon the Answer of the said Honora Kerin, John Kerin, Samuel Freeman and Elizabeth his Wife, put in thereunto; and due Consideration of what was offered thereupon:
It is ORDERED and Adjudged, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Decree of Dismission complained of in the said Petition shall be, and is hereby, reversed; and that the Respondents account for what Money the Testator received upon, or as the Consideration of, the Assignment of the Term of Years to Mrs. Charity Desbrowe, and to make Satisfaction for the same, deducting so much thereout as the Testator Daniel Kerin paid upon the Bond or Bonds in the Bill mentioned, wherein the Testator Daniel Kerin stood bound for the Appellant Desbrowe, with Interest for the said respective Sums so paid by Daniel Kerin, from the Time of Payment; and the Court of Chancery in Ireland is hereby directed to give Orders accordingly.
Allen versus Att. Gen. of the Dutchy.
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the Cause wherein Thomas Allen is Appellant, and His Majesty, by His Attorney General of the Dutchy, Respondent, on Thursday the Fifth Day of June next, at Eleven a Clock in the Forenoon.

After hearing One Counsel, upon the Petition of Sir David Mitchell Knight, Gentleman Usher of the Black Rod, relating to the Yeoman Usher's Place; as also One Counsel upon the Petition of Richard Colinge, relating to the same Matter:
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Petitions shall be, and they are hereby, dismissed.
