Queen's Answer about prosecuting the Publishers of scandalous Reports.

The Duke of Bolton acquainted the House, "That himself and the other Lords had attended Her Majesty, as commanded Yesterday, and presented the Resolution of the House to Her: In Answer whereunto, Her Majesty was graciously pleased to say,

"I am very ready to do any Thing of this Kind: I will give Directions to Mr. Attorney General, effectually to prosecute the Authors and Publishers of such false Reports."

Resolution and Answer to be printed.

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Resolution of this House, presented to Her Majesty Yesterday, and Her Majesty's most Gracious Answer thereunto, be forthwith printed and published.

Queen to be attended with Address.

The Lord Chamberlain reported, "That he had attended Her Majesty, as ordered, to know what Time Her Majesty would be pleased to appoint for this House to attend Her, with the Address:

"That Her Majesty was pleased to appoint Five a Clock this Afternoon, for this House to attend Her, with the Address, at St. James's."

Deficiencies, to make good, Bill.

ORDERED, That the said Bill be committed to a Committee of the whole House, presently.

Then the House was adjourned during Pleasure, and put into a Committee on the said Bill.

After some Time spent therein, the House was resumed.

And the Lord Viscount Longueville reported, "That the Committee had gone through the said Bill; and think it fit to pass, without any Amendment."

ORDERED, That the said Bill be read the Third Time To-morrow, the First Business.

E. of Clanriccard and L. Bophin's Protestant Children, Bill.

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Bill, intituled, "An Act for the making Provision for the Protestant Children of the Earl of Clanriccard and the Lord Bophin," shall be read the Second Time To-morrow, at Eleven a Clock; and all the Lords summoned to attend; and that the Trustees for the forfeited Estates in Ireland do then attend, and also the Parties concerned in the said Bill, in order to make good the Allegations therein.

E. of Carlingford's Bill.

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Bill, intituled, "An Act for the Relief of Francis Earl of Carling ford and others, against several Outlawries in the County of Tiperary, in Ireland," shall be read the Second Time To-morrow, at Eleven a Clock; and that the Trustees for the forfeited Estates in Ireland do then attend, and also the Parties concerned in the said Bill, in order to make good the Allegations therein.
