Heralds to attend.

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Heralds and Marshal's Men do attend this House on Thursday the Twelfth Instant, at Ten a Clock in the Forenoon.

No Lord to go to St. Paul's with more them Two Horses.

ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That no Lord of this House shall go to St. Paul's Church with more than Two Horses to his Coach, the Twelfth Instant.

Address for Treaties.

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Lords with White Staves do attend Her Majesty, from this House, humbly to desire Her Majesty, "That She will be pleased to give Order, that all the Treaties, that have not already been communicated to this House, may be forthwith laid before this House."

State of Trade to be laid before the House.

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Commissioners for Trade and Plantations do lay before this House, in Writing, an Account of the State of the Trade of this Kingdom since the last Session of Parliament.

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the Cause wherein Edward Earl of Orford, the Lord Russell, and others, are Appellants, and Richard Daston and Henry Alnut are Respondents, on Saturday the One and Twentieth Day of this Instant November, at Eleven a Clock in the Forenoon.
