Wightwick's Bill.

Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for the settling and vesting divers Manors and Lands of Francis Wightwick, an Infant, lying in the County of Stafford, in Trustees, to enable them to settle and convey the same, upon the Marriage of the said Francis Wightwick, to such Uses, Intents, and Purposes, as shall be agreed upon."

Whereas there is a Petition and Appeal depending in this House, wherein Thomas Wentworth Esquire is Appellant, to which Thomas Lord Raby is Respondent; and also another Appeal, wherein Thomas Lord Raby is Appellant, and Thomas Wentworth Respondent:

It is this Day ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear Counsel, upon the said Appeals and Answers, on Wednesday the Eighteenth Day of this Instant February, at Eleven of the Clock in the Forenoon.
