L. Wharton's Order for Survey of the Honour of Richmond.

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Officers of the Exchequer do bring to this House the Bundle, or Roll, in which the Survey of the Honour of Richmond is, which was taken in the Fifteenth Year of King James the First, the Original Affidavits upon which the Survey was filed; the Office Book, in which there is an Entry of a Survey taken of the Honour of Richmond, the Seventh of King Charles the First; and the Survey also itself.

Sir E. Williams's Bill:

Hodie 3a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act to enable Sir Edward Williams to fell certain Manors and Lands, in the Counties of Brecon and Radnor, for Payment of Debts."

The Question was put, "Whether this Bill, with the Amendment, shall pass?"

It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

Message to H. C. with an Amendment to it.

A Message was sent to the House of Commons, by Sir Richard Holford and Mr. Pitt:

To return the said Bill, and desire their Concurrence to their Lordships Amendment made thereto.

Way out of Chancery-Lane, to collect Duties for, Bill.

Hodie 3a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for the better collecting the Duties granted for making the Way out of Chancery-Lane into Lincolne's Inn Fields; and for determining the said Duties, when the Parties concerned are paid."

The Question was put, "Whether this Bill shall pass?"

It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

ORDERED, The Commons have Notice, that the Lords have agreed to the said Bill, without any Amendment.

Roll & al. versus Northcot.

Upon reading the Petition of Samuel Roll and William Carey Esquires; shewing, "That they are Mortgagees and Administrators of William Northcott Esquire; and there being a Cause to be heard in this House on Saturday next, wherein Dame Elizabeth Northcott is Appellant, against her Son, and Sir Francis Northcott and Alice Northcott, the Widow of the said Sir William, are Respondents; and the Petitioners, being concerned in Interest, humbly pray, That they may be allowed One Counsel to be heard for them:"

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Petitioners shall be heard, by One Counsel, as desired, on Saturday next, at Eleven a Clock.

L. Wharton versus Squire.

Whereas this Day was appointed for hearing the Cause, wherein Thomas Lord Wharton is Appellant, and Robert Squire Respondent; at which Time the City of London is to be heard:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Cause shall be heard To-morrow, at Eleven a Clock; and that all the Causes be removed in Course.

Suppre's Bill.

Hodie 3a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act to enable the Devisees of James Supple, and all claiming under them, to make Leases, for the Improvement of the Estate devised."

The Question was put, "Whether this Bill shall pass?"

It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

ORDERED, The Commons have Notice, that the Lords have agreed to the said Bill, without any Amendment.

Message from H. C. to return Vesey's Bill.

A Message was brought from the House of Commons, by Mr. Hicks and others:

To return the Bill, intituled, "An Act for Sale of divers Lands, in the County of Kildare and Kingdom of Ireland, being the Estate of Agmondisham Vesey Esquire, and his Two Daughters Anne Vesey and Henrietta Vesey, for the paying Debts and clearing Incumbrances charged thereon; and also for empowering the said Agmondisham Vesey to make Leases, for any Term not exceeding One and Twenty Years."

Which Amendments, being read Thrice, were agreed to; and ORDERED, That the Commons have Notice thereof.

War in The Indies, Bill for carrying on.

Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for the better carrying on the War, by Sea and Land, in The Indies."

ORDERED, That the Consideration of the said Bill be referred to the Lords present this Day.

Their Lordships, or any Five of them; to meet To-morrow, at Ten a Clock in the Forenoon, in the Prince's Lodgings near the House of Peers; and to adjourn as they please.

Members of H. C. Qualification Bill.

ORDERED, That the Bill, intituled, "An Act for providing, that no Persons shall be chose Members of the House of Commons, but such as have sufficient Real Estates," shall be read the Second Time on Saturday next, at Eleven a Clock; and all the Lords summoned.
