Bp. of St. Asaph takes the Oaths.

This Day George Lord Bishop of St. Asaph took the Oaths, and made and subscribed the Declaration, and also took and subscribed the Oath of Abjuration, pursuant to the Statutes.

Foubert et Ux. versus Turst.

Upon reading the Petition and Appeal of James Foubert and Charlott his Wife, and Esther Duplate, from a Decree made in the Court of Chancery, in Michaelmas Term One Thousand Seven Hundred and Two, in a Cause there depending, wherein the Petitioners were Plaintiffs, and Thomas Turst and others were Defendants; and praying the Reversal of the said Decree, as to all but to the Eight Hundred Livres and Interest therein mentioned:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Thomas Turst and other Defendants may have a Copy of the said Appeal; and shall and they are hereby required to put in their Answer thereunto, in Writing, on Saturday the Twentieth Day of this Instant November, at Eleven a Clock in the Forenoon.

Fletcher versus Chapman.

Upon reading the Petition and Appeal of William Fletcher and Jane his Wife, from a Decree made in the Court of Chancery, the Sixteenth Day of June One Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-nine, in a Cause wherein Thomas Chapman Esquire, Roger Chapman Infant, by the aforesaid Thomas his Father and next Friend, by Bill of Review, were Plaintiffs, against the said William Fletcher and his Wife, Thomas Newton and George Cockquerel, Defendants; and praying Relief therein:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Thomas Chapman and Roger Chapman may have a Copy of the said Appeal; and shall and they are hereby required to put in their Answer thereunto, in Writing, on Wednesday the First Day of December next, at Eleven a Clock in the Forenoon.
