Whereas this Day was appointed for hearing of the Cause wherein Thomas Wentworth, alias Watson, is Appellant, and the Lord Raby Respondent:

The House being informed, "That One of the Lord Raby's Counsel was sick, and that each Party consented to another Day;" it is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the said Cause on Thursday the Six and Twentieth Day of this Instant February, at Eleven a Clock in the Forenoon.

Hodie 3a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for preventing Perjury, by making wilful Perjury, or Subornation of Perjury, in certain Cases, to be Felony."
