PRAYERS.

Bowyer admitted in Forma Pauperis.

Upon reading the Petition of James Bowyer and Elizabeth his Wife; shewing, "That they were admitted in Forma Pauperis in the Court of Chancery, in the Case wherein they have appealed to this House;" praying, "That they may have the same Favour, to prosecute their Appeal in this House; and that Mr. Spencer Cooper and Mr. Phipps may be assigned Counsel for them:"

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Petitioners shall be, and they are hereby, admitted in Forma Pauperis; and that the said Mr. Spencer Cooper and Mr. Phipps shall be, and they are hereby, assigned Counsel for them, as is humbly prayed.

Commissioners for Public Accompts, Report delivered.

Mr. King, Secretary to the Commissioners of Public Accompts, attending at the Door, was called in; and, at the Bar, delivered,

"The Report of the Commissioners appointed by One Act of Parliament, passed 1° Annæ Reginæ, intituled, An Act for taking, examining, and stating, the Public Accompts of the Kingdom."

Bourne & al. versus Hunt, in Error:

After hearing Counsel this Day, to argue the Errors assigned upon the Writ of Error, brought into this House the Fourteenth Day of December One Thousand Seven Hundred and Three, from Her Majesty's Court of Queen's Bench, wherein that Court hath affirmed the Judgement given in the Court of Common Pleas (wherein Judgement is entered for Philip Hunt the Defendant in the Writ of Error) against Edward Bourne and Margaret his Wife, Andrew Fryzer and Mary his Wife, and Mary Merrick Widow; and due Consideration of what was offered thereupon:

Judgement affirmed.

It is ORDERED and Adjudged, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Judgement given in the Court of Common Pleas, and the Affirmation thereof in Her Majesty's Court of Queen's Bench, for the said Philip Hunt, against the said Edward Bourne and Margaret his Wife, Andrew Fryzer and Mary his Wife, and Mary Merrick Widow, shall be, and they are hereby, affirmed.

The Tenor of which Judgement, to be affixed to the Record to be remitted, is as follows:
