Upon reading the Petition of Elizabeth Cockayne, Wife of James Cockayne Esquire, Respondent to the Appeal of Anthony Rowe Esquire; shewing, "That she having put in her Answer to the said Appeal; alledging, that the Appeal is chiefly brought to prevent a Trial at Law, directed by the Chancery at the next Assizes at Gloucester, and thereby delay the Payment of a considerable Sum of Money due to the Petitioner; and therefore praying a short Day for hearing the said Appeal:"
