Upon reading the Petition of Elizabeth Chute, Wife of Thomas Chute Esquire, deceased; praying Leave to bring in a Bill for Sale of an Estate in Warwickshire; and to lay out the Monies raised thereby in the Purchase of Lands in Norfolke, to be settled to the same Uses as the Warwickshire Estate is settled:
It is Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Petitioner hath hereby Leave to bring in a Bill, as desired.
Tooke versus Dolbin & al.
Upon reading the Petition and Appeal of Catherine Tooke Spinster, Executrix of the last Will and Testament of Charles Stuteville Esquire, deceased, in Behalf of herself and the Creditors of the said Charles Stuteville, from an Order of the Court of Chancery, of the One and Twentieth of July last, for allowing the Pieas of the Respondents; which Order was made on the Behalf of Sir Gilbert Dolbin, Executor of the last Will and Testament of Sir William Dolbin, and Simon Lord Bishop of Ely; and praying the Discharge of the said Order:
It is Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Sir Gilbert Dolbin and Lord Bishop of Ely may have a Copy of the said Appeal; and Time to answer thereunto, until Saturday the Four and Twentieth Day of this Instant November, at Eleven a Clock.

Upon reading the Petition and Appeal of Scroope Viscount How in the Kingdom of Ireland, and the Lady Juliana his Wife, from an Order made in the Court of Chancery, the Twelfth Day of July last, in a Cause there depending, wherein the Petitioners were Complainants, against James Grove Esquire, Serjeant at Law, Defendant; and praying the same may be reversed:

The Lord Chamberlain reported Her Majesty's Answer to the Address presented to Her Majesty the Thirteenth Instant; (videlicet,)
"That Her Majesty would give Order to the Secretary of Scotland, to prepare those Things desired in the Address; and that they should be laid before this House within a few Days."
