Irregularities in the House, Report to be made about.

It is Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Report from the Lords Committees for Privileges shall be made on Thursday next, at Twelve a Clock; and all the Lords summoned.

Potts' Bill.

The Earl of Rochester reported from the Lords Committees, the Bill, intituled, "An Act for Sale of Part of the Estate of William Potts, for discharging his Brothers and Sisters Portions, and his Debts; and for confirming his Marriage Settlement, as to the Residue of his Estate, discharged of such Portions and Debts," as fit to pass, without any Amendment.

Hodie 3a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for Sale of Part of the Estate of William Potts, for discharging his Brothers and Sisters Portions, and his Debts; and for confirming his Marriage Settlement, as to the Residue of his Estate, discharged of such Portions and Debts."

The Question was put, "Whether this Bill shall pass?"

It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

Ordered, The Commons have Notice, that the Lords have agreed to the said Bill, without any Amendment.

Message from H. C. with a Bill.

A Message from the House of Commons, by Mr. Bulteel and others:

Who brought up a Bill, intituled, "An Act for Relief of Alexander Pendarvis Esquire, in relation to Five Thousand Pounds, and Interest, provided for him out of Lands in Ireland;" to which they desire the Concurrence of this House.

Vagrants Bill.

Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for the Continuance of the Laws for the Punishment of Vagrants, and for making such Laws more effectual."

Ordered, That the said Bill be committed to a Committee of the whole House, on Thursday next, at Twelve a Clock.

Small Livings to discharge of First Fruits, Bill.

Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for discharging small Livings from their First Fruits and Tenths, and all Arrears thereof."

Ordered, That the said Bill be committed to a Committee of the whole House, on Friday next, at Twelve a Clock.

Woollen Manufactures, &c. Bill.

Ordered, That the Bill, intituled, "An Act for the continuing an Act, made in the First Year of Her Majesty's Reign, for the more effectual preventing of Abuses and Frauds of Persons employed in the working up the Woollen, Linen, Fustian, Cotton, and Iron Manufactures of this Kingdom," shall be read a Second Time on Saturday next, at Twelve a Clock.

House breakers Bill.

Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for the encouraging the Discovery and apprehending of House-breakers."

Ordered, That the said Bill be committed to a Committee of the whole House, To-morrow, at Twelve a Clock; and the Judges to attend.

Perry versus Mervin.

Upon reading the Petition of John Perry and others, Appellants against Hugh Mervin and Edward Reily Respondents; praying a Day may be appointed, for hearing of their Appeal:

It is Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the said Cause, by Counsel, at the Bar, on Wednesday the Second Day of April next, at Eleven a Clock.

Who brought up a Bill, intituled, "An Act for continuing the Duties on Low Wines and Spirits of the First Extraction, and the Duties payable by Hawkers, Pedlars, and Petty Chapmen; and Part of the Duties on Stamped Vellum, Parchment, and Paper; and the late Duties on Sweets, and the One Third Subsidy of Tonnage and Poundage; and for settling and establishing a Fund thereby, and by the Application of certain Overplus-monies and otherwise, for Payment of Annuities, to be sold, for raising a further Supply to Her Majesty, for the Service of the Year One Thousand Seven Hundred and Seven, and other Uses therein expressed;" to which they desire the Concurrence of this House.
