PRAYERS.

Queen to be attended with the Address:

The Lord Treasurer acquainted the House, "That the Lords with White Staves had waited on Her Majesty, to know what Time Her Majesty would please to appoint, for both Houses to attend Her, with their Address; and that Her Majesty was pleased to appoint this Afternoon, at Two a Clock, at St. James's."

Message to H. C. to acquaint them with it.

Then, a Message was sent to the House of Commons, by Mr. Hiccocks and Mr. Medlicote:

To acquaint them, "That the Queen has appointed Two a Clock this Afternoon, for both Houses to attend Her, with their Address, at St. James's; and that this House will be there at that Time."

French et Ux. versus Chichester et al.

Upon reading the Petition of John French and his Wife, Appellants in this House, to which Arthur Chichester and others are Respondents; shewing, "That the Decree from which they appealed, being chiefly concerning the Payment of Fifteen Hundred Seventyfive Pounds, which was left by John Chichester, deceased, by Deed, as a Charge upon his Real Estate; whereas, by the Decree, it is ordered to be paid out of his Personal Assets: That the said Deed being very essential to be produced at the Hearing of this Appeal, and on which the Petitioners Equity is chiefly founded, and the same being in the Respondents Custody; and praying that the Respondents may, upon Notice hereof to their Clerk in Court and Solicitor, produce the said Deed at the Hearing of their Appeal:"

It is Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Respondents Arthur Chichester and others do produce, at the Hearing this Appeal, the said Deed (if in their Custody), upon Notice given to them by the Service of this Order upon the Respondents Clerk and Solicitor in Chancery; which Deed is to be made Use of at the Hearing, as this House shall think fit.

Upon reading the Petition of Herman Hingstbeng; praying to be naturalized:

It is Ordered, That the Petitioner may be added to a Bill of Naturalization, according to the Prayer of his Petition.
