With a Bill, intituled, "An Act for the appointing Commissioners, to take, examine, and determine, the Debts due to the Army, Transport Service, and Sick and Wounded;" to which they desire the Concurrence of this House.

Duke of Ormond's Bill;

A Message was brought from the House of Commons, by Sir Gilbert Dolben and others:

To return the Bill, intituled, "An Act to enable James Duke of Ormond, and Charles Earl of Arran of the Kingdom of Ireland his Brother, to convey to Her Majesty the Regalities, Franchises, Liberties, and Jurisdictions, in the County of Tiperary, in the Kingdom of Ireland, in order to their being extinguished in the Crown; and to enable Her Majesty to grant an Equivalent for the same;" and to acquaint this House, that they have agreed to their Lordships Amendments made to the said Bill.

Circuit Courts in Scotland, Bill;

A Message was brought from the House of Commons, by Mr. Pringle and others:

To return the Bill, intituled, "An Act for the appointing the Circuit Courts in that Part of Great Britain called Scotland to be kept only Once in the Year;" and to acquaint this House, that they have agreed to the same, without any Amendment.

and Lord Bellew's Bill.

Also, a Message was brought from the House of Commons, by Mr. Brigstock and others:

To return the Bill, intituled, "An Act for enlarging the Time for Sale of Part of the Estate of the Right Honourable Richard Lord Bellew of the Kingdom of Ireland, vested in Trustees by an Act of Parliament passed in the said Kingdom;" and to acquaint this House, that they have agreed to their Lordships Amendments made to the said Bill.
