Public Accompts, Bill.

Hodie 1a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act to continue the Act of the last Session of Parliament, for taking, examining, and stating, the Public Accompts of the Kingdom, for One Year longer."

Ordered, That the said Bill be read a Second Time on Thursday next, at One a Clock.

Mellor and Wrighte's Bill.

After reading, and considering, the Report of the Judges, to whom was referred the Petition of George Wrighte Esquire and Thomas Mellor Clerk; praying Leave to bring in a Bill, for the Purposes in the Petition mentioned:

It is Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That Leave be given to bring in a Bill, according to the Prayer of the Petition.

Gothurst Rectory, Bill.

Hodie 1a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for ascertaining and establishing the Glebe Land, Tithes, and other Profits, of the Rectory of Gothurst, in the County of Bucks."

Episcopal Communion, Scotland, Bill:

The House (according to Order) proceeded to take into Consideration the Amendments made by the Commons to One of the Amendments made by this House to the Bill, intituled, "An Act to prevent the disturbing those of the Episcopal Communion, in that Part of Great Britain called Scotland, in the Exercise of their Religious Worship, and in the Use of the Liturgy of the Church of England; and for repealing the Act passed in the Parliament of Scotland, intituled, Act against irregular Baptisms and Marriages."

And the same were read.

Then, the First Amendment being read again, it was proposed, "To agree with the Commons therein."

And Debate thereupon:

The Question was put, "Whether to agree with the Commons in this Amendment?"

It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

Then the other Amendment, being read, was agreed to by the House.

Message to H. C. that the Lords have agreed to Amendments to it.

And a Message was sent to the House of Commons, by Mr. Rogers and Mr. Hiccocks:

To acquaint them, that the Lords have agreed to the Amendments made by the Commons to One of their Lordships Amendments to the said Bill.

Standing Orders to be read.

Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That To-morrow, after Twelve a Clock, the Roll of Standing Orders of this House shall be read; and all the Lords summoned.
