This Day also, the Counsel on both Parts, for the Lord Marquis of Winchester on the one Part, and the Lord Mountjoye on the other, were admitted to Public Hearing in the House; and thereupon no just Cause being found, to hinder or to stay the Proceeding of the Bill of the said Lord Mountjoye, the same was commanded to be read the Third Time.

The Committees upon the Bill to enable the Owners of Gavel-kind Lands, in the County of Kent, to alter the said Custom, returned the same this Day to the House, without Alteration.
