Surety of the Queen's Person. Expedit.

HODIE 3a vice lecta est Billa, An Act for Provision to be made for the Surety of the Queen's Majesty's most Royal Person, and the Continuance of the Realm in Peace, quæ communi omnium Procerum Assensu conclusa est; with one Amendment in the 44th line; that is, after this Word "lest," put out "so as," and in place thereof put in "foreseeing that." This Amendment was made after the Third Reading, and before the Bill went to the Question, and was delivered to Doctor Barckeley and Serjeant Rodes, to be carried to the Lower House, with the Bill for the better Observing of the Sabbath Day, with request that for that there (fn. 1) are whole Sentences inserted into the said Bill for the Sabbath Day, and the Bill would remain a very foul Record, it might be fair written again.

Erith and Plumsted Marsh.

Item 3a vice lecta est Billa, An Act for the Inning of Earith and Plumsted Marsh.
