Poor Soldiers relieved by a Contribution of the Lords.

THIS Day, the Lords, at the Bishop of Worcester's Motion, condescended to a Contribution for the Relief of such poor Soldiers as went begging in the Streets of London, after this Rate: videlicet, That every Earl should give Forty Shillings, every Bishop Thirty Shillings, every Baron Twenty Shillings; and appointed the said Bishop of Worc. and the Lord Norris for the Collection thereof; and committed the Bestowing thereof to the Earl of Essex, and the Lord Willoughbie of Eresbie.
