IT was Agreed upon in the House, That the Committees upon the Bill for the Maintenance of Husbandry and Tillage should meet, for the perfecting of the same, at the Great Council Chamber, at the Court at Whitehall, this present Day, by Two in the Afternoon.

Hospital at Warwick.

Hodie 1a vice lecta est Billa, An Act for the Confirmation, and better Assurance and Conveyance, of certain Manors, Lands, Tenements, and Hereditaments, given and intended to an Hospital, or Maison de Dieu, in Warwick, founded and established by the late Earl of Lecestre.

George Ognell, and the Parties that follow the Bill for the Hospital, to be heard openly in the House, by their Counsel Learned, Tomorrow, the 18th of this Instant, in the Morning.

Bishoprick of Norwich.

A Proviso, drawn by Mr. Attorney General, by the Commandment of the House, to be added to the Bill, intituled, An Act for establishing the Bishoprick of Norwich, etc. was Twice read, and commanded to be ingrossed; and thereupon both the Bill and the said Proviso read the Third Time. Returned to the Lower House, for their Consideration of the Proviso:

Prima vice lecta est Billa, An Act for enlarging of the Statute, made for following Hue and Cry, in the Twenty-seventh Year of Her Majesty's Reign, etc.

Surgeons for the Land and Sea Service.

Prima vice lecta est Billa, An Act for the better Furnishing and Supply of Lawful Chirurgeons, in and to the Land and Sea Services, for Her Majesty and the Realm.

Exporting Corn. Reject.

Hodie 3a vice lecta est Billa, An Act for some better Staying of Corn within this Land, to give Liberty for English Subjects sometime to buy Wheat, Rye, and Barley, and to sell the same again in the same kind, for the better Relief of the Common-Wealth.

Adjourn.
