Diminution of the Possessions of Archbishopricks, etc.

Hume's Letters Patent confirm'd.

THE Bill, intituled, An Act against the Diminution of the Possessions of Archbishopricks and Bishopricks, and for avoiding of Dilapidations of the same; and the Bill for Confirmation of certain Letters Patents made to Sir George Howme, Knight, Lord Treasurer of Scotland, were returned to the House, by the Lord Chancellor, the first of the Committees, without any Amendments; whereupon the said Bills were appointed to be ingrossed.

L. Kinlosse, E. of Marr, Sir Tho. and Sir James Areskin's Naturalization.

The Amendments on the Bills concerning the Naturalizing of the Lord of Kinlosse, the Earl of Marr, Sir Thomas Areskin, Knight, and Sir James Areskin, and their Wives and Children, and for Confirmation of Letters Patents made to them, were this Day Twice read; and thereupon the Bills, together with the said Amendments, were appointed to be ingrossed.
