Message from the Lower House, by Mr. Secretary Herbert, Sir Fra. Hastings, and others: That whereas it pleased the Lords to desire speedy Proceeding touching the Matter of Purveyance, and to have the Articles; this Afternoon they will perfect the Articles, and To-morrow in the Forenoon will present them to their Lordships, and in the Afternoon will give Meeting, if (fn. 1) it please the Lords.

Answer.

Answer sent by Mr. Serjeant Crooke and Mr. Dr. Swale: That the Lords will accordingly expect the Articles To-morrow Morning, and in the Afternoon will give Meeting at Two of the Clock.
