Excuse made by the Lord Chancellor for the Lord Archbishop of Cant. who was absent this Day, being not well in Health.

Excuse likewise made by his Lordship for the Absence of the Lord Lawarr, who, upon some urgent Occasion, was gone into the Country for some few Days.

Also the Earl of Worcester made Excuse for the Absence of the Lord Russell and the Lord Spencer, for Want of their Healths.
