This Day Zephany Seares, Jo. Guersey the Serjeant, and Phillipp Smith (who were committed upon Saturday last to The Fleet, for the Arrest of Richard Fox, the Earl of Pembroke's Servant) were brought before the Lords, by the Serjeant at Arms attending the House; and, upon their humble Submission and Acknowledgement of their Offence, were discharged.
