Absent Lords excused.
THE Lord Chancellor excused the Absence of the Lord Archbishop of Canterb. the Lord Treasurer, the Lord Privy Seal, and divers others the Lords of the Council, for that those Lords were presently employed about other His Majesty's Service of Importance.
His Lordship likewise excused the Lord Pagett's Absence, by reason of Sickness.
Essex's Lands for Payment of his Debts.
Hodie 3a vice lecta est Billa, An Act for the Sale of Part of the Lands of William Essex, of Lamborne, in the County of Berk, Esquire, for Payment of his Debts, and settling the Residue upon himself and his Posterity.
The Bill for Restitution in Blood of Sir John Davyes, Knight, was sent this Day to the Lower House, by Mr. Dr. Amye and Mr. Grimston.
The Bill for the Sale of Part of the Lands of William Essex, of Lamborne, in the County of Berk, Esquire, for Payment of his Debts, and settling the Residue upon himself and his Posterity, was also sent down by them, for Consideration of the Amendments added by the Lords.
